Yes! You can still enjoy your coffee during the challenge, just be mindful of sugar and dairy.

Does the plan accommodate food allergies?

Yes, the meal plan removes the top allergens and is gluten-free, grain-free, peanut and dairy-free, making it suitable for most food allergies. The ingredients in the meal plans are flexible — for example, if you don’t eat beef, you can swap to any other protein, whether animal-based or vegan.

What if i'm busy or can't cook?

This program is designed for people who don't want to spare more than 10 to 20 minutes in the kitchen. I  give you my tips to save time on food prep, and what I use in my kitchen to save time with my proven process. Most of the meals are even 'one bowl', really easy, delicious and quick to prepare so you can spend time on the things that are important to you.
